Information-Guidelines
The following are guidelines in order for our inflatables and you, our customers can go about your special event as smoothly as possible.

We can't set up inflatables if the weather consists of rain, snow, strong winds or if the temperature is bellow 40 F
-
NO taping, fastening or hanging anything to or on the inflatable unit. Severe injury risks can occur

NO FOOD, DRINKS, CANDY, ANIMALS, SHOES, SILLY STRING or SHARP OBJECTS are to be allowed in the rentals at any time. This could result in cleaning/damage/repair/loss costs!

Please make sure to read the inflatables maximum weight capacity, this will also be reminded on the day of the event.

Our inflatables are only able to be set up on flat even ground, in other words no slanted surfaces or jagged areas such as gravel.
